Overview:
Kotisi is undertaking the construction of a functional three-storey block featuring ablution facilities on the ground floor, club rooms on the first floor, and a water storage slab at the second-floor level.
Challenge:
The design required integrating diverse functions within a compact footprint while maintaining structural stability and accommodating heavy water-tank loading.
